Questions
It is a professional service. We support any single stage of your project or manage the whole journey from idea to submission. Authorship and acknowledgement follow ICMJE criteria and are agreed transparently before work begins.
Yes. You are first and corresponding author. A Cohira researcher is listed as a co-author only when their contribution meets ICMJE criteria, in a position you approve in writing before submission, never as first, last, or corresponding author. You receive a signed contribution statement for your faculty. We never sell or gift authorship, and we never ghostwrite for an absent author.
We sign an NDA and a data-processing agreement before anything moves. Patient-level data travels by secure link only, never by WhatsApp or email, is stored encrypted, and is deleted at project close on request.
Yes. Tell us your clinical area and we will propose several feasible ideas, each with the data source, the design, and the likely target journal, so you can pick the one worth your time.
It depends on the database, and we will tell you honestly which is which. NIS, GBD, and SEER: yes, we prepare analysis-ready extracts and run the analysis. TriNetX works differently: cohorts are built and analysed inside the platform, so you receive the study tables and figures rather than row-level data. UK Biobank analysis runs inside its research platform under an approved application. We design the question to fit what each source can actually deliver.
Every manuscript goes through language editing, internal peer review, and an originality and citation-integrity check before submission, every borrowed concept properly paraphrased and correctly attributed, so the paper is defensible on its own merits.
By default we shortlist Web of Science-indexed journals, and we match the shortlist to your institution's requirements, quartile, indexing, or publishing model (for example, subscription titles with no APC).
Send it with the editorial decision. For a fixed assessment fee we report whether the concerns can be addressed with the data you already have, then quote a fixed fee for the reanalysis and revision.
