Compare many treatments in one analysis, including pairs never trialled head-to-head, and rank them with the certainty stated.
What it is
A pairwise meta-analysis answers A versus B. A network meta-analysis joins every trial into one network, so it can compare A, B, C, and D at once, estimate comparisons no trial ever made, and rank the options by effect and by certainty.
What we run
Frequentist and Bayesian, netmeta in R, or gemtc with informative priors when the network is sparse.
Dose and class level, networks by dose, by drug, or by class, and component analyses for combined treatments.
Ranking with honesty, SUCRA and P-scores reported with their intervals, never as a league table alone.
Consistency checks, transitivity assessed, inconsistency tested by node-splitting, certainty rated with CINeMA.

How you benefit
The project, step by step
We define the treatments, outcomes, and eligible designs, and check the network is connected and worth building.
We write and register the protocol with the geometry and analysis plan fixed in advance.
We run the search and manage dual screening and extraction with a full audit trail.
We fit the model in R, test consistency, rank the options, and run sensitivity analyses.
We draft the PRISMA-NMA paper with you: network plot, league table, ranking, and certainty.
We pick the target journal, submit, and answer reviewers with you through to a decision.
