What you get, and how it runs.

A written concept document that turns a clinical area or a rough idea into a specific, publishable question. It states the gap in the literature, the data source and design that can answer it, the expected sample and power, the main risks, and a shortlist of realistic target journals. How it works

1. You send the clinical area, an idea, or a dataset description.
2. We run a focused literature scan to define the gap and check the question is not already saturated.
3. We test feasibility against the candidate data source (your data, TriNetX, NIS, GBD, SEER, UK Biobank, or a systematic search).
4. You receive the concept note with two or three alternative designs where the first choice is weak.
